The
setup process consists of three steps:
- The HTML Generator designs
the web page forms for you automatically - using
any or all of the fields (including keywords,
numeric fields and resumes) on your applicant
screen, and any report - standard or custom.
- Place the Form on the Web
by using your own web site, or we will host
a site for you.
- The Mail Handler monitors
incoming applications and outgoing reports via
email.
Applicants
When an applicant hits the "SUBMIT"
button on the form, the information is automatically
sent to an email address on your computer - and
the "mail handler" - which provides
a report of the applications received, and provides
the ability to accept or decline each application.
Employee and Customer Reports
When a customer enters the correct security information
after requesting a report from the form, the report
is sent via email to the employee or customer.
