This staffing software online application and reporting module provides you with an automated way of designing a web page that allows applicants, using just a web browser, to submit their applicant information (including a resume), and/or lets your existing employees and customers request and receive reports (via email).

• You can review and automatically accept or decline applications, and permit accepted applications to be automatically entered into your Temps Plus database.
• You decide which reports to make available, and decide on how employees and customers can request reports.

The setup process consists of three steps:

• The HTML Generator designs the web page forms for you automatically - using any or all of the fields (including keywords, numeric fields and resumes) on your applicant screen, and any report - standard or custom.
• Place the Form on the Web by using your own web site, or we will host a site for you.
• The Mail Handler monitors incoming applications and outgoing reports via email.

Applicants

When an applicant hits the "SUBMIT" button on the form, the information is automatically sent to an email address on your computer - and the "mail handler" - which provides a report of the applications received, and provides the ability to accept or decline each application.

Employee and Customer Reports

When a customer enters the correct security information after requesting a report from the form, the report is sent via email to the employee or customer.
