Operational Overview

Most companies set procedures based on the tools they have available at the time the procedures are created. Since Temps Plus staffing software is an ever-evolving product, many users have procedures in place that may no longer take advantage of new feature sets available in our software. We'll visit your location to observe, challenge, and streamline any procedures possible to take advantage of the state of the art Bridgeware software you use.

W2 Printing Service

If you do not wish to print your own W2's, we offer a service to print them for you. Our pricing includes the W2's, an envelope, as well a summary report detailing each W2 printed and totals. We download your data, process the W2's, and ship them via UPS COD to you (shipping charges not included).

We assume your data is correct, and it is your responsibility to review and correct (if necessary) your data  in advance.

We will call you to arrange the downloading of your data files (on a date after the last payroll for the year has been completed, closed, and reconciled).

You'll receive your completed W2's, at which point, all you do is place the W2's into the matching envelopes, and hand out, or mail to your employees.
