Extended Filenames on Attachments

When attaching a file to a master record (applicant, customer, etc.), you may have the system add information to the filename Temps Plus uses to store the attachment. In the case of an applicant, for instance, the ApplicantId number is added to the file name.

This can be extremely useful when trying to identify documents and other attachments that belong to certain applicants, customers, etc. – as in the use of Google Desktop to search for documents stored in your system.
